Ketchup Time!

It's been a while since I posted anything here!

Lots of things have happened since my last update.

This summer I had the most amazing opportunity to take part in the Pixar Animation Internship. It was tons of fun!

Kind of a side story here, but when I was young my grand-mother would always ask me, how are things, and I would respond "this and that ..and.." and out of nowhere she would cut me off, and say, "Are the people good?" and I would respond "Yea I guess!". and she would always say without fail - that's all that matters.

And the best part of this summer was without a doubt the great people I got to meet, both interns and mentors! Thank you all for such a great summer!



Here is my Animation reel from the summer. It was such a learning experience, I figured I'd put everything I did throughout the program. The good, the bad and the ugly.

So far, things have been pretty busy Senior Year. I'm working as part of a group thesis project with my good friends Elizabeth and Adam. It's really exciting! This thing (our film) is slowly coming to life! I can't say too much, but I do have a tiny little tease of an image to share. Hope you enjoy!

Junior year!

Hello world, has been a while.
Junior year has been a blast, each assignment
has tons of stuff going for it, it's has just been great.

The end of summer!

Summer has been great, so many good times!
But it's time to pack up and head back to school.
Time to become a Junior.. ehhh scary. hopefully it'll work out.

Some sketches

I was sitting in a little coffee shop in Tel-Aviv
when this Angry/Sad rocker type guy came and sat a few
tables a way from me. at the end he saw I was drawing
him and asked to see the sketches, it was a wierd
situation but he liked it. so over all fun time! :D

I met a guy. he was buff and had long hair and looked a bit like a monkey.
but the best part without a doubt was his skinny jeans shorts.

Summer times

School has been over for almost two months now, it has been a really amazing year! so far summer has been really interesting and has been going to a lot of unexpected directions. and between things I try to draw animate or anything productive. (emphasis should be put to the Try :D )

The first assignment this semester was a series of quick animation with a character supplied by school. So many things I would like to completely change but I guess that's how it is always going to be.

Another semester done! :)

Yay, the semester is over. It was a really tough semester, intense
And I've learned so much in such a short time, it was great!
But it's time to get some rest :)

Here is some stuff I have been working the last couple of weeks

For computer animation We have been working on a simple polygonal character, without hands on legs and a torso, and have a few simple mechanical animations with him the first were A walk and a Jump, we were also supposed to complete a turn but sadly we ran out of time. So here it is:

For Concept we completed our first original animatic, the premise was simple "someone is trying take a bite of your dinner" and this was my interpretation, a story about a little kid, a monster, and some chocolate.
